Leading Law Firm with a National Labor & Employment Practice is looking for a skilled Litigation Attorney to join their growing team. The Labor and Employment Attorney will represent clients in a variety of complex, employment related-matters including, labor disputes, workplace policies, and compliance with federal and state employment laws.The ideal candidate will have a strong background and strong interest in Employment Law, excellent research and writing skills, and have minimum of 5 years of experience.Key Responsibilities:Provide legal advice to clients on a wide range of labor and employment issues, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and employee benefits.Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, settlement agreements, and workplace policies.Represent clients in administrative proceedings before agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Department of Labor (DOL).Defend clients in litigation, including depositions, mediations, and hearings.Conduct workplace investigations and provide guidance on compliance with employment law and regulations.Collaborate with internal teams and other attorneys on complex cases and legal strategiesQualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from accredited law school.Admission to the California BarA minimum of 5 years of experience in labor and employment lawExcellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively to clients and colleagues.Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
