Our client in Rochester Hills, MI is an independent wealth management team that manages over $400M in assets and is seeking a sharp, motivated, and detail-oriented Financial Advisor to join their team.The practice founder has @100 already established relationships that he would like this person to run lead with. Lead client meetings, present financial plans, answer questions about the plan, and act as the financial advisor for these clients. In-person role, Monday-Friday.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or higherFINRA series 7, 66 (or 65,63)Certified Financial Planner designation a plusExperience with goals-based planning software a plusExcellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and listening skillsAbility to understand and explain sophisticated financial concepts and issuesStrong problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented, accurate, organized, able to set priorities, self-starterFinancial planningwealth management acumen, judgment, and experiencePassionate about doing what is best for clients and limiting conflicts inherent in the broader industryTeam player, collaborative, able to work with and through othersDesireability to work successfully in a small company environmentProficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
