We are actively seeking an upbeat, outgoing and experienced Executive Recruiter to join our growing accounting and finance recruiting team at our Midtown East location in New York City.This role involves managing a full cycle desk with a focus on entry level to C-level accounting and finance roles within private equity, real estate, investment banking, fashion and creative firms.We offer a dynamic, boutique corporate culture with a national reach and unlimited earning and this role you will:Partner closely with the candidate and client throughout the rigorous, full-cycle recruiting processAttend client kick-off meeting and progress callsDraft tailored job specifications for searchesIdentify top talent with the use of candidate search engines, social media tools, job postings, and referralsThoroughly screen candidates to assess skill level, experience and cultural fit in relation to each roles requirements and responsibilitiesUtilize our CRM software to track active searches and candidates throughout the search processProvide interview preparation, feedback, and manage the interview processNegotiate, present and close offersConduct extensive reference checks on final selected candidate(s)Coordinate with Compliance on candidate background checksBuild a book of new business and grow relationships with existing clientsOur ideal candidate should have: A Bachelor's degree; major in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field2+ years of experience in recruitingexecutive search services andor professional servicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA strong interest in a career in the recruiting industryThe ability to multi-task with a meticulous attention to detail in an extremely fast-paced environmentThe capacity to maintain the utmost professionalism, confidentiality and integrityWhat we offer:We provide a bright modern open office space conveniently located in Midtown East.
