Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Prepare fit samples for the fit session and scheduling model timeLead fit sessions on a live modelPattern Design and CorrectionsEnsure accurate notesdigital pictures are made in the fit session.Create accurate fit comments after a fittingPerform accurate pattern corrections for the vendor to followCreate tech packs including measurements, grading and construction details.Track and maintain samples throughout a season to ensure on time deliveryMinimize fit rounds while maintaining optimum fit and qualityFoster relationships and communicate daily with Design and Production teamsPreference for 3D Technology Experience To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
