Translates business needs into technical requirements and ensures all systems support and conform to business needs and specifications. Acts as liaison between business unit and softwarehardware developers and vendors. Aware of business or function for which application or system is designed. Has the required domain knowledge, as applicable or brings other domain knowledge that improves the overall function of the business to team interface. Constantly looks for ways to improve the interaction with the business and the quality and speed of the requirements gathering and requirements building.Must Haves: Creating and Documents business and technical requirementsUnderstand applications Financial services - Wealth Management, 401k or retirement projects, equity, swaps, etc. SQL; basic queriesAgile and JIRA.Client facing projects in software munication QualificationsDetail oriented, Systems Analysis expertise in an agile environmentIndependent workerPrior experience in Financial ServicesExpertise in work through full-stack application deliverySupport for applications based on a .Net and DB2 framework.Clear and concise communication skillsSQL knowledgePrior experience in Wealth Management technologyExperience in a SAFe Agile organization & JIRA experienceExperience with Equity Awards productsExperience with mainframe applicationsAbout Matlen SilverExperience Matters.
