We are currently searching for a highly motivated Business Planning Analyst at an assistant manager level. CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide comprehensive data analysis and insights to support the identification and implementation of opportunities for operational improvements across the company.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Operation and Admin) to ensure alignment between logistics and distribution plans and overarching business objectives.Employ established process improvement methodologies, operational strategies, and data analysis techniques to identify opportunities for optimization, cost savings, and process enhancements.Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management, detailing logistics performance, challenges, and areas for improvement.Assist in the execution of strategic planning projects and initiatives, ensuring their alignment with organizational goals.Partner with senior leadership and various departments to develop and implement logistics policies that align with business strategy.REQUIREMENTS: Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics.A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in logistics, specifically as a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or ManagementPlanning Analyst.Hands-on experience with logistics systems such as TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).Solid understanding of financial systems, particularly SAP and DW.Prior experience developing and writing business requirements for automation initiatives with an understanding of operational metrics creation and maintenance.Strong data analysis and extensive experience with creating data models to support business decisions using sophisticated technology are highly preferred.Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD, AD&D, 401K, PTOs paid holidays & lunch benefitJob Type: Full-timeJob Location: Englewood, NJ 07632Business Hours: Mon-Fri 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM
