The Work Justice Firm is looking for a litigation attorney to join our firm's employment practice. This is a great opportunity to grow with an expanding plaintiff firm. Arbitration and trial experience preferred.Requirements:- active CA bar license;- experience in discovery, law and motion, and depositions;- ability to manage a large caseload;- ability to handle cases independently;- effective negotiating skills in mediation and with defense counsel;- strong work ethic, professionalism and positive attitude; and- strong academic credentialsSalary: $125K-$225K (DOE)
