Job DescriptionPosition: Senior Technical Product Manager AIML InfrastructureLocation: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)Type: ContractRate: $60 to $70Per hourOverview:We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager AIML Infrastructure with expertise in Machine Learning and building production infrastructure at scale. This role involves planning and executing strategies to accelerate the development of reliable, scalable, and responsible Machine Learning services. Candidates should possess a deep technical background combined with a strong, customer-centric approach to product management, demonstrated through past projects.Responsibilities:Collaborate with various Data Science and Data Product teams to gather insights and identify opportunities for improving ML Platform tools, MLOps processes, and code libraries enabled by the MLOps Platform team.Own the lifecycle of technical products and their projects, including:IdeationBuilding proof of concept (POC)Drafting functional specificationsReviewing specifications with stakeholdersMonitoring build statusValidating implementation against specificationsAnalyzing success post-launchCommunicate changes to timelines, scope, and impact of technical projects to AIML product teams and other key stakeholders.Monitor and analytically communicate the success of launched product features.Advocate for technical product innovation within the product roadmap.Clearly articulate the necessity and implementation of technical product solutions to non-technical audiences. Qualifications4-7+ years of prior technical product management experience with Machine Learning in an infrastructure or platform team.10+ years of overall product management or related experience.Technical expertise in Machine Learning, including experience building libraries and tooling for both production and experimentation infrastructure at scale.Demonstrated experience delivering scalable and high-availability machine learning models that operate with live data inputs.Proficiency with Python and the machine learning ecosystem (e.g., Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, LightGBM, PyTorch, SHAP).Strong understanding of statistics and machine learning principles.Experience crafting roadmaps for internal customers and employing established processes for effective cross-organizational communication and teamwork.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with Azure and Databricks tools such as Unity Catalog, Feature Store, and AutoML (highly preferred).Experience with Generative AI is a plus but not required.
