Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and distribute all required air and ocean import documentation in a timely fashion to appropriate parties (i.e. delivery orders, arrival notice, etc.)Communicate with vendors and customers to obtain documents required to satisfy transaction requirementsTrack, trace, and monitor progress of shipments and deliveries to ensure timely processingCommunicate with air and ocean carriers, origin and destination locations regarding shipment status, special handling, and delivery of freightMediate delivery requirements and shipment tracking between customers, truckers, brokers, warehouses, and vendors to ensure proper deliveryEnsure accuracy and completeness of import documentationInput, distribute AP invoices and ensure timely AR collectionAct as an operational liaison with customer to provide excellent, professional customer serviceHandle order fulfillment operations, billing, and customer service functions in a timely mannerNegotiate rates & find additional competitive (service and rates) vendorsRequirementsBA or Associated degree preferredBilingual in Korean English preferredOceanAir Logistics with a minimum 2 years in global trade industry experienceExcellent computer skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment within a team settingAbility to multitask and work efficientlyStrong inter-personal and communication skills, both verbally and writtenBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision Insurance Plan (100% Employer paid)401K Plan w Employer MatchLife Insurance Plan (100% Employer paid)Generous PTO, Paid Holiday, Floating HolidayLunch provided
