Client Overview: Our client, a digital media powerhouse, is seeking an Account Executive to join their sales team.Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for selling premium video content, YouTube media sales, and custom content solutions that help brands connect with Gen Z and multicultural audiences. Account Executive Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new media sales opportunities with brands and agencies. Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and crafting tailored solutions.Develop and deliver compelling pitches in connecting brands with Gen Z and Entertainment fans. Work with creative, production, and analytics teams to develop and execute impactful content campaigns. Achieve and exceed sales quotas, track performance metrics, and report on industry trends.Prepare detailed proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals efficiently.Provide exceptional service and support to clients throughout campaign lifecycles.Account Executive Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of proven success in media sales, with a focus on custom content andor YouTube media sales. Solid understanding of digital media, content marketing, Gen Z, and Korean Entertainment trends. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Results-driven with excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales tools.
