Full Time ContractFor the interim role these are the qualifications:Opening Balance Sheet, Purchase AccountingNeed help with improving reporting, controls and processesOversee accountingfinanceManage cash flow and forecastingDevelop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needsOversee budgeting and the implementation of budgets so as to monitor progress and present financial metrics both internally and externallyOversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with accounting, regulator, and internal audit requirementsDevelop and adopt the best policies and operational standards through peer benchmarking and risk managementIn combination with Internal Audit, responsible for Audit Committee agendas and interactions and support Compensation Committee initiatives and other Board of Director meetingsactivities
