They are seeking to bring on a Donor Data Entry Specialist to assist the development team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in nonprofit operations. Donor Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities:Accurately enter and update donor information in the databaseProcess donations and maintain records of financial transactionsEnsure data integrity and accuracy through regular auditsGenerate reports on donor activity and fundraising effortsAssist with donor communications and acknowledgmentsOversee document management related to donor records Donor Data Entry Specialist Requirements:1+ year of experience with database managementdata entryStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in MS Office tools, especially ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCommitment to commute on-site at their downtown Chicago location Monday-FridayFamiliarity with Raiser's Edge systems is preferred If you're passionate about making a difference and ready to dive into an exciting role, we want to hear from you!
