Supply Chain Analyst - 14174 Contract Duration: 6+ monthsLocation: Ridgefield Park, NJSchedule: Hybrid, Monday - Thursday in-office, Friday RemoteTop 3 Skill Sets ExcelCustomer facing experienceDemand planningThis role is responsible for managing the weekly sales and order forecasts for specific segments of our client's CE (Consumer Electronics) business. It will require a strong relationship building with our client's retail channel partners as well as sales, marketing, operations & logistics. This role will actively coordinate planning and identify risk & opportunity predicated upon the current forecasts while requiring individual work to provide analysis that is concise and actionable.A major responsibility will be managing the weekly CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment) process with our retail channel partners. Performance will be measured against assigned sales goals, channel inventory targets (WOS) and forecast accuracy. Finally, there will be a consistent requirement to identify macro trends and produce a weekly risk analysis all while measuring daily & weekly sales achievement.Roles & Responsibility:Manage weekly CPFR process with Retail or Distribution CustomersBuild and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell-In and Sell-Thru unitsEnsure Order Management accuracy in ERP system - SAPIdentify potential gaps in demandsupply forecast and resolve deltasDrive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)Daily involvement in managing S&OP escalationsManage and measure supply chain processes including channel risk and shipping performanceMust be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building internally and externallyMust be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environmentAdditional duties and responsibilities as assignedRequired Skills and Attributes:Education Requirement: High school diploma or GED requiredYears of experience 1-3 yrsMinimum of 1+ years of related experienceBachelor's Degree preferably in business, finance, supply chainHands on Forecasting experienceStrong analytical & communication skillsAbility to work independently & manage multiple competing demandsCustomer OrientedParticipative & collaborates to solve problemsAbility to work in a high-demand environment & prioritizeMeet deadlines under pressureAnalytical, attention to detail and accuracyAdvanced skills in MS Excel (V-Lookups, Pivots, etc.)ERP experience, preferably SAPExperience with Business Intelligence tools
