Job Title: Workplace Operations Coordinator Location: San Francisco, CA Duration: 12 Months+ Job Description:Client, our mission is to improve people's lives with the world's best transportation. To do this, we start with our own community by creating an open, inclusive, and diverse organization.The Workplace Operations Coordinator will assist in facilitating the daily operations of an ongoing delightful experience for all employees of Client. They will provide consistent workplace-related operational support and assist in maintaining an inclusive and safe environment for client employees.About You:You are an individual who possesses a strong ability to successfully prioritize and execute tasksduties as assigned in alignment with the overall goals of the team. You have a growth mindset and know how to stay self-motivated and demonstrate a positive attitude. You feel empowered to take initiative and lead from your seat. You consistently demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.Responsibilities:Represent "client" culture in the reception area by stocking candy stations daily, maintain the appearance of the front desk and lobby area and manage music if applicable.Keep an upbeat demeanor and greet every employee and guest as they arrive -you are the first and last point of contactEnsures music content adheres to client's Core Values and volume level is appropriate for a workplace environmentKeep weekly inventory of Workplace items that need to be purchased. Restock supply closet on a regular basis. Support local teams with inventory managementManage incoming and outgoing mailshipment process within all workplacesUnpack and stock Workplace deliveries in designated closets or support shipments to desired locationsAssist with general conference room bookingsWork through and respond to Zendesk tickets throughout the field and office locations and perform the necessary task to satisfy general Workplace inquiries; escalate Workplace incidents and maintenance requests to Workplace Operations Specialist and Workplace Operations Lead when necessaryCoordinate with security on incoming visitors. Ensure name tags are printed and given to all visitors at the reception deskMaintain clear and consistent communication while providing cross functional support to HR, Recruiting, Development, Real Estate, Construction and Physical SecurityReceive, troubleshoot, resource, and resolve all incoming employeeguests' questions or concernsSupport all Workplace leadership with all duties as necessaryExperience & Skills:Be aligned with client's Core values: Make it Happen, Uplift Others and Be YourselfA passion for facilitating an overall positive employee experience through ongoing operational support2+ years of customer service experience1+ years in Workplace related experiencePossess the ability to remain agile and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environmentA passion for fostering an overall positive employee experience through ongoing operational supportStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments, work collaboratively, and manage conflict constructivelyCapable of prioritizing tasksduties as assigned and delegating tasks as needed
