We are seeking a highly qualified Capital Markets Associate to work in our New York City (Midtown Manhattan) office.The Capital Markets associate will have 3 - 8 years (classes 2017 - 2022) of capital markets experience, including IPOs, debt-equity offerings, SEC compliance and disclosures, corporate governance compliance, and general "˜34 Act reporting. Candidates with experience dealing with technology companies are a plus.Superior academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required. New York State Bar is required.All candidates must be in the top 25% of their graduating class and graduated from one of the top 50 U.S. law schools.
