Based in NYC, we're a fast-moving, dynamic team shaping the future of restaurant SaaS.About the RoleSuperorder is hiring an ambitious and creative operations intern to join our NYC team for 20-30 hours per week. In this role, you'll take ownership of creating engaging, high-quality content that communicates our vision to our audience, and meaningfully impacts our brand and operations.This is a rare opportunity to work closely with our founders and leadership team at a pivotal stage in our growth. You'll gain hands-on experience with content strategy, marketing, and operations, all while contributing to real business outcomes.ResponsibilitiesYour primary focus will revolve around creating and regularly publishing content, with additional exposure to operational and strategic projects:Content Creation: Write engaging newsletters, blogs, and LinkedIn posts to amplify our voice in the market. Collaborate with designers to produce supporting visuals and collateral.Strategic Storytelling: Develop case studies and repurpose them across formats, such as one-pagers, web content, and social media. Brainstorm and execute content ideas for product launches and marketing campaigns.Documentation & Operational Support: Maintain and update our product help center. Assist with general tasks like creating sales collateral and organizing key customer meeting agendas.You will be trusted with various wide-ranging tasks (new market research, vetting vendors, brainstorming GTM ideas) and expected to complete them quickly and well.RequirementsProven ability to create compelling content that resonates and drives engagement. Experience with building content for LinkedIn or B2B audiences is a plus.Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences and formats.Ability to independently manage diverse projects, from vague ideas to end-to-end execution.Proficiency in prompting AI tools (like ChatGPT) to produce human-like, engaging content.Currently enrolled as a student in NYC, and able to work in-person at our office near Herald Square.How to ApplyApply to this posting with your resume and any linksproof of interesting and exceptional work you've done.
