Key Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one and small group support to users, helping them leverage tools to build solutions effectively.Collaborate with client analytics teams to understand business-specific data sources, relationships, and their practical applications.Translate high-level business requirements into comprehensive, end-to-end analytical solutions.Identify opportunities to apply advanced analytics and reporting across various business-aligned testing teams.Perform exploratory analyses to gain a strong foundational understanding of targeted business areas.Apply statistical and mathematical techniques for risk analysis using tools such as Python, R, and SQL.Streamline processes and reporting through Python and VBA automation.Work closely with team members, clients, and managers to resolve issues and achieve shared goals.Required Qualifications and Skills:Experience: 4+ years in Power BI, UiPath, and Advanced Alteryx, with proficiency in writing DAX functions.Technical Expertise:Hands-on experience with SAS Viya (preferred).Knowledge of text analytics and NLP techniques.Familiarity with AIML concepts.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint), including advanced VBA programming.Experience with database management systems (e.g., Teradata, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2).Knowledge of Tableau or similar BIdata visualization tools (preferred).Analytical Skills:Ability to distill complex data into actionable insights and apply business knowledge effectively.Understanding of and ability to translate non-technical business requirements into technical methodologies.Strong grasp of business operations and processes.Soft Skills:Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to a diverse audience.
