Position SummaryCredico is a global leader specializing in brokering direct sales services, marketing, and digital acquisition. With operations in the US, Canada, UK and South Africa, our clients include both Fortune 500 and mid-market companies, as well as many of the world's largest non-profit organizations.We are seeking a dedicated Junior Account Manage to support our Chicago office. This role involves providing full-service support to our client services team in project management and account management campaigns, requiring 3 days in-office weekly and the remaining days remote. The weekly work hour schedule is below:Wednesday 1pm CST - 9pm CSTThursday 2pm CST - 9pm CSTFriday 2pm CST - 9pm CSTSaturday 11am CST - 9pm CSTSunday 12pm CST - 8pm CSTResponsibilitiesFacilitate business trips for campaigns Credico performs for Verizon pile and manage business trip data.Executing code moves for business municate with Credico, ISOs, and Credico clients timely and effectively.Provide ongoing account support to existing clients and client services team.Assist to manage the backend operations of multiple campaigns at any given time.Effectively support prompt and accurate communications as a liaison between internal and external teams via email, telephone, andor meetings to communicate project status, resolve problems, answer questions, manage correspondence, and reports.Proactive management of day to day activities and long term projects.Escalate issues to management, and partner cross-functionally to quickly resolve issues.Think critically and strategically on all program aspects to prevent issues and optimize the campaign and client experience.Effectively plan and execute assignments.Provide timely and accurate information or feedback to all requests, questions or concerns from sales offices, clients or internal departments or team members.Other duties as assigned or are necessary that support the overall business needs.Experience and QualificationsIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office ExcelIndependent problem solvingAbility to effectively alter communication and style to different levels of employees, management, and clientsAbility to work with internal and external teams in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment; adaptable and flexibleAbility to manage a high volume of inbound outbound calls to assist with inquiries and issuesAbility to self-manage and work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environmentAnalytical skillsEffective time management including ability to multitask, organize and prioritizeProfessional written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyWhat We OfferCompetitive Salary ($56,000 - $60,000 per year) & Additional IncentivesCompany Paid HolidaysPaid Time Off401(k) with company matchMedical, Dental, VisionDisability InsuranceCompany paid Life InsuranceCommuter BenefitsEmployee Assistance ProgramWe value diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
