Many of our leaders started in this position and worked their way up"”and you could be next!Responsibilities: • Lead Management: Support our Acquisition Sales Representatives and Real Estate Agents by implementing effective contact strategies for qualified inbound and outbound leads. • Prospecting: Take initiative in reaching out to leads, qualifying their needs, and scheduling appointments with Acquisition Representatives or Real Estate Agents for successful transactions. • Client Communication: Build immediate trust with potential clients through professional phone interactions, text, and email, tailoring to their preferred communication method. • Follow-Up: Maintain quick response times, ensuring all inbound leads are contacted within 3 minutes, and follow through until their preferred method of contact is established. • Data Management: Keep CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) organized by documenting every outreach, contact, and appointment for optimal efficiency. • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop customized outreach strategies and adapt to evolving campaigns. • Performance Metrics: Aim for excellence by maintaining a lead-to-appointment set rate above 75%, a met appointment rate above 75%, and 100% contact with new leads.
