Our team values teamwork, high quality, integrity, customer focus, and innovation.Role & ResponsibilitiesConduct system performance testing to ensure reliability, capacity, and scalabilityCollaborate with the testing team to develop performance test plans and casesPerform and analyze power test cases, review results, and coordinate with development teams for bug fixesDebug complex issues at both system and component levels, including CPU, ASICs, FPGAs, and power suppliesLeverage automation to implement test strategies and improve productivityEnsure product compliance with internal specifications and industry standardsProvide detailed issue mitigation and drive issues to closureDocument test plans, procedures, and test reportsAssist in root cause analysis and support customer escalationsPay Rate: $35-40hourStart Date: ASAPInterview Process: 1-hour panel "meet and greet" with the team lead and two managersLocation: Fully Onsite in San Jose, CA (5 days a week)
