Senior Operational Risk Analyst This position will report into the Head of Policy and Risk Reporting in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). The ERM team is composed of Actuaries, CFA charter holders, and risk professionals and is tasked with, among other things: Identifying and Assessing Risks Developing and testing of the Company's Risk Appetite Developing and maintenance of the Company's Risk Management Framework Establishing risk tolerances, and limits Risk monitoring; and internal and external risk reporting Responsibilities of Position: Coordinate the setting of meeting agendas and the development of materials with the risk committee chairs, including drafting minutes for various risk committees Create presentations and reporting dashboards leveraging Talcott's Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) tool (Archer) Maintain the central repository for charters, policies, standards and procedures, and committee materials Maintain the Talcott's Archer infrastructure including risk and control taxonomies and process hierarchy Support the Model Risk and Operational Risk teams in standing up their modules in Talcott's Archer production environment Assist in coordinating the aggregation of key risk metrics, key performance indicators and control indicators Partner with the Compliance and Audit functions to ensure collaborative risk and control inventories and assessments Qualifications: Proficiency with Archer and Microsoft Power BI 7+ years of experience in a risk management, compliance, or audit role Working knowledge of enterprise risk and operational risk management frameworks, principles, and practices Experience drafting reporting dashboards, under supervision Bachelor's degree or higher Strong project management and change management skills Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and well organized; ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently and well under aggressive deadlines while delivering superior outcomes Behaviors: Think like an Owner Bias for Action Student of the Business Act with Integrity Team Player *Talcott Financial Group is an equal employment and affirmative action employer.
