As a Sr Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, you will be responsible for the preparation, development, analysis, verification and communication of vital financial information and business metrics. You will coordinate and assist with spear-heading the Company's financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects. This position will also provide financial consulting and strategic support to management including preparing financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industrypeer group comparisons, new business opportunities, acquisition analysis and other projects as requested. This role acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support "˜optimal' business decision making.Principle Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnalyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expendituresMonitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected varianceContinued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling toolsAd-Hoc Reporting and AnalysisQuarterly and Monthly Financial reportsImplement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reportsAssist with pricing & cost savings initiativesDevelop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiativesAnalyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposesSupporting Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysisPrepare presentations to Senior Management TeamOther additional duties as assignedDesired Qualifications and EducationBachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferredAccomplishment of Finance Rotational Program a plusThrives in a fast-paced PE environment where change and driving EBITDA growth is the acceptable norm.Must be able to complete work within tight timeframes to meet time sensitive deliverablesAdvanced Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivatedExcellent organizational, problem solving, time management skills and communication skills.Accuracy in daily work and projects with ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines.Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.Strong leadership skills and experience in multi-unit manufacturing environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsResults-oriented with willingness to take responsibility and initiative.
