VP, ConstructionDevelopment Due Diligence | Global PE Firm | Real EstateWe are working with a global asset manager that is looking for a VP to join their fast-paced real estate team, and own due diligence for multiple RE PE funds deploying capital in office, industrial, retail, and data centers.This role will supportlead due diligence execution for the acquisition of stabilized assets, and more importantly, ground-up constructiondevelopment (build-to-suit). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing engineering, environmental, construction, and legal due diligence, and be comfortable managing both internal and external stakeholders.Our client is an industry leader that continues to raise capital, deploy capital, and outperform its peers year-over-year, and this would be an opportunity to be a part of that growth.Responsibilities:Review all property due diligence such as title, survey, zoning, leases, insurance, and taxesPrepare checklists, created diligence timelines and key date tracking, manage all due diligence documents, facilitate diligence review among multiple departments,Prepare and maintain accurate documents to include, Request for Information (RFI's), Letter of Intent (LOI's) and Request for Proposal (RFP's)Work cross-functionally with deal teams in acquisitions, portfolio management, and legalDue diligence analysis - including reports and documentations such as property condition, purchase agreement, loan documentation, and environmental permittingReview, understand, and summarize complex real estate documents for transactional lead reviewCoordinate contracts for various vendors. Ensure that adequate services are available for employeesOrder, coordinate, and serve as project manager for various reportsWork with outside counsel, vendors, and municipalities as required by transactionsExperience:10-15 years of technical constructiondevelopment management experience, ideally with a large GC, or in-house on the principalowner sideExperience managing large-scale industrial, office, retail, andor data center projects throughout the USIf this sounds like you, please apply, andor reach out to Alex, at .
