Job Description: Senior Investment Banker - ADRsPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Investment Banker specializing in American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) to join our dynamic financial services team. The successful candidate will focus on advising international clients on accessing U.S. capital markets through ADR programs, structuring transactions, and providing strategic insights into cross-border investment opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesADRs Origination and Structuring: Develop and execute strategies for creating and managing ADR programs for international companies seeking U.S. market exposure.Capital Raising: Support clients in raising capital through ADR offerings, including IPOs, secondary offerings, PIPEs, and private placements.Client Advisory: Advise corporate clients on the benefits, requirements, and implications of ADR listings, including market positioning and regulatory compliance.Transaction Management: Lead end-to-end execution of ADR transactions, coordinating with legal, regulatory, and operational teams to ensure seamless execution.Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including international corporate clients, institutional investors, legal advisors, and depositary banks.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all ADR transactions comply with SEC regulations, listing requirements, and international financial reporting standards.Market Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of global market trends, industry dynamics, and investor sentiment to identify opportunities for ADR issuances.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in investment banking, equity capital markets, or related roles, with specific experience in ADRs or cross-border transactions.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ADR structures, U.S. securities laws, and international capital markets.Analytical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and market munication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.Teamwork: Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Language Skills: Fluent Chinese strongly preferredLicenses: FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 required.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based bonus.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Exposure to high-profile international clients and transactions.Collaborative and inclusive work environment
