On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Lateral Litigation Associate to join a prestigious litigation team in Portland, Oregon. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented litigation attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience in civil or complex business litigation to join one of the nation's leading law firms. If you have experience handling large-scale, sophisticated matters or working with e-discovery, that's a definite plus. A judicial clerkship is also this role, you will have the chance to work alongside top-tier litigators and represent clients in high-stakes cases across a range of industries. This position offers a competitive salary range of $220K - $335K and the opportunity to advance in your legal career within a supportive, dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage a diverse caseload of complex litigation matters, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial phases.Partner with senior associates and partners on high-profile cases, working on both strategy and execution.Participate in all stages of litigation, including drafting motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.Provide strategic legal advice to clients on a wide range of issues, from risk assessment to legal strategies.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in civil or complex business litigation.A judicial clerkship is encouraged but not required.Strong experience with large-scale litigation and e-discovery is a plus.Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.A proactive, team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
