Sr. HardwareQuality Assurance EngineerSummary: Coordinates qualification, quality, and sustained engineering efforts for custom and servers and components.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Validate server electronics, mechanicals, and documentation against requirements.Use accelerated stress and margining tests to validate features and performance.Define and execute test strategies for server components (disk drives, cards, processors, memory).Release components for new and existing designs and create necessary documentation.Manage new product introductions and changes using PLM tools (ECO, PNR, PCN).Support validation and documentation of prototype platforms for early evaluations and regulatory tests.Perform level 3 failure analysis on field returns and manufacturing issues, collaborating with suppliers as needed.Work with quality engineers, manufacturing engineers, and production personnel to address product petency Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with 3-5 years of industry experience, or Associate's degree with 8-10 years of experience.Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Project).Ability to coordinate and execute test strategies with a team of engineers.Proficient in Windows and Linux OS in a server environment.Knowledge of standardized server test software and debugging electrical systems.Familiarity with server systems, architectures, and components (processors, chipsets, interfaces, IO standards).Ability to generate accurate and thorough test plans.
