This individual will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals dedicated to converting online leads into students. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, sales, and communication skills, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Execution:Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize enrollment for online test preparation programs.Drive lead conversions from online promotions and marketing campaigns.Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Lead Management and Conversion:Engage with prospective students and parents through phone calls, emails, and online meetings to understand their needs and recommend suitable test prep solutions.Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and personalized communication.Address inquiries and overcome objections to guide prospects through the enrollment process.Customer Relationship Management:Foster strong relationships with enrolled students to ensure a positive learning experience.Address student inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.Collaboration and Coordination:Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and provide feedback to optimize lead quality.Coordinate with academic and operational teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for enrolled students.Market Analysis and Reporting:Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for growth.Generate detailed sales reports, including KPIs, forecasts, and insights, to inform decision-making.Stay Updated on Industry Trends:Stay abreast of the latest trends in online education and test preparation.Continuously explore new sales methodologies and technologies to improve team performance.Qualifications:Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.Minimum of 5-8 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in education, test preparation, or online learning services.Familiarity with online test prep products and services (e.g., SAT, SSAT, ACT, AP) is a plusSkills:Strong understanding of sales funnels and lead management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking software.Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.LingoAce is an equal opportunity employer.
