We're working with a Financial Services client who is actively looking to bring on a Machine Learning Engineer like yourself! Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Working with business partners, define a business use case utilizing machine learning or advanced analytics* Collect, clean, and analyze data from various heterogeneous data sources* Develop machine learning models for prediction or classification in support of a business use case* Implement advanced AI solutions, e.g., deep learning* Deploy models to production systems using Docker containers* Write Python modules to automate Data Science tasks* Review the Python code of junior colleagues Qualifications* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience* Strong knowledge of Machine Learning techniques, including NLP* Knowledge of statistics, including hypothesis testing* Strong Python skills* Proficient in SQL* Comfortable with Unix scripting* Experience building models that actually delivered value to a business* Experience deploying systems to a production environment* Experience working in an Agile environment* Working knowledge of "big data" technology like Spark is preferred
