The Project Manager Estimator will collaborate with various teams including General Contractors, Design Engineering Operations to help plan, execute, and close large-scale construction projects within the specified scope, budget, and timeline. Requirements:Minimum education level of a bachelor's degree in construction management or a related fieldThe ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in commercial construction as an estimator or project management Understanding of construction methods, materials, and costsAbility to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specificationsAbility to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs.A high degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditionsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with Specialty Contractors or a "Self-Performing" contractorExperience in salesmarketing a plusStrong leadership and management skills
