LHH Recruitment in partnership with a firm in Clifton, NJ is seeking a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Paralegal. This role is a permanent position and fully onsite. ResponsibilitiesAssist with personal injury litigation including client intake, preparing authorizations, Verified Bills of Particulars, pleadings and other legal documentsConduct legal researchAssist with trial preparationCollect and organize documents and medical recordsInteract with clients and opposing counselAny other duties required of the roleQualificationsExperience Paralegal or legal assistant in the area of Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law5+ years of experienceBachelor's degree or Paralegal certificateBilingual in Spanish is a plusProficiency in PC Law and Needles is a plus
