We're seeking a motivated Account Manager to strengthen client relationships, manage projects efficiently, and deliver results. You'll work closely with clients and a cross-functional agency team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional work.What you'll do:Serve as a day-to-day client contact, helping to manage relationships and project deliverables.Develop creative briefs and project documents "” including timelines, estimates, meeting reports and weekly status reports.Oversee timelines, budgets, and workflows using project management tools.Collaborate with internal teams and external clients managing projects and and delivering successful outcomes.Provide accurate meeting notes, ensure quality control, and support client billing processes.What we're looking for:Ad agency background: You've spent most of your career at B2C or B2B advertising agencies versus client-side and thrive in a lean, hands-on environmentClient-centric: Confident managing conversations regarding strategy and project deliverables with clients and operational contacts alike; comfortable building relationships of trust.Adaptable: Flexible and calm under changing dynamics, with a focus on solutions over problems.Collaborative: A team player who values input, respects roles, and communicates effectively and transparently.Proactive: You're a self-starter, highly self-motivated and an anticipatory thinker when it comes to your role.Experienced: Background in B2B or B2C marketing and foodbeverage andor experience managing multiple business units is a plus.Qualifications:Minimum of BABS in marketing, communications, or advertising.4-6+ years as an Account Manager, ideally with project management responsibilities.Expertise in brand and demand marketing, including email automation, digital campaigns, and content creation (e.g., ebooks, video, websites).Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project and a strong knowledge of file sharing tools like Teams, SharePoint and DropBox.Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, including strong writing, interpersonal and presentation skills.If this sounds like you might be a good fit and you feel confident you can put your expertise to use, post your resume and tell us why.About BrandAction:BrandAction Agency is a small, highly collaborative distributed team of strategic and hands-on BrandDemand specialists working with respected B2B and B2C brands to accelerate the path to profitable growth by building, maintaining and driving quantifiable demand to positively impact the buyer journey to a purchase.We're a curious collection of artists, storytellers, brand fanatics and digital nerds who are as serious about our work as we are about having fun.
