AirJoule® technology dehumidifies air with record-breaking energy efficiency, and then converts it into pure water. The role of the Applications Engineer is essential for success of the technology, because it connects basic R&D to real-world performance. This role will involve running the assembled prototypes, controlling the different subcomponent technologies within AirJoule®, and collecting performance data over a wide range of conditions. The role will also involve modeling of prototype performance, developing a performance landscape, and guiding the development of next-gen prototypes. This assignment will be located at AirJoule's headquarters in Newark, DE. The Applications Engineer should be familiar with running complex mechanical systems, controlling systems with automation software such as Labview, and developing software-based models of chemical and mechanical systems.Key ResponsibilitiesTo perform in this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each key responsibility satisfactorily.
