We have the privilege of working with customers at the leading edge of innovation, not only in their products, but also their materials science and manufacturing processes.Field Service TechnicianField Service Technicians travel to customer sites to install, start up, troubleshoot, or repair industrial ovens.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Install and start up industrial ovens and oven systems.Troubleshoot and repair industrial ovens and oven systems.Operate the following company or customer equipment: service vans, forklifts, trucks, scissor lifts and overhead cranes.Read technical drawings, reports, and work instructionsPerform electrical troubleshooting.Perform gas, water, and air troubleshootingPerform mechanical assembly, fabrication, and weldingFill out all service paperworkComplete special projects, as assignedEducation andor Experience:Knowledge of temperature control system, start up, and debugging processesExperience with Program Logic Controls (PLC), operator interface, communications, and frequency programming and debugging processes.Other SkillsAbilities:Willingness to travel (up to 100%)Motivated and highly organizedSafety FocusedKnowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
