Very high average employee tenure.Focus:Lead Electrical design for waterwastewater projects, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal guidelines.Provide technical guidance on client standards and expectations to engineering and technician staff.Aid in the contractor selection andor bidding process as required.Design electrical power, control, and lighting systems from service to load for waste(water) utility projects, including electrical system analysis and calculations.Perform quality control procedures per company standards.Develop project budget forecast and proactively manage budget needs based on business requirements.Perform analysis, calculations, design, evaluation, and inspection for a specific area of technical expertise.Ensure project delivery meets design specifications and compliance.Skill Set8-10+ years of experience within an Electrical Engineering profession.4+ years of relevant design experience.Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.Professional Engineer registration.Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, or other similar drafting system.Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications.About Blue Signal: Blue Signal is an award-winning, executive search firm specializing in telecommunications recruiting.
