Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Leads engineering teams to develop mechanical and pyrotechnic components and systems that exceed customer expectationsLeads customer interactions, including conference calls, meetings and reviewsLeads engineering design, analysis and test activities to produce a robust designConducts project planning to determine project cost and schedules, and to identify resource needsSupports business development, including proposal writing and new business meetingsEducationExperienceRequired Education: B.S. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or related fieldPreferred Education: M.S. or MBARequired Experience: 5+ years engineering experience, including minimum of 2 years in Aerospace andor Systems EngineeringPreferred Experience: 2 or more years of experience managing teams andor projectsDemonstrated ability to develop, plan and execute projectsMust be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, andor abilities required.Required Experience: 5+ years engineering experience, including minimum of 2 years in Aerospace andor Systems EngineeringPreferred Experience: 2 or more years of experience managing teams andor projectsDemonstrated ability to develop, plan and execute projectsMust be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance Salary Range: $100k - $145kThe actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.Location: On-site in Mukilteo, WANote: Due to the nature of the work, only US Persons (citizens or permanent residents) need apply for this position.
