Staff Machine Learning Engineer>> Cash comp up to $300k with considerable optionsWe are currently partnered with an exciting Seed-stage AI Product business who have a brand new requirement for a Staff ML Engineer to join the team. This position will see you leading AIML Engineering across the business and will evolve quickly into a Head of AI position.The business' product is a Platform that enables Generative AI products to be launched faster than previously possible with minimal infrastructure and resources. The founders have multiple prior exits and a strong background scaling early stage businesses.As a Staff ML Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a range of AIML projects across NLP, Deep Learning and Machine Learning. You will also be responsible for building the AIML strategy and shaping future growth of the team.Key skillsexperience required:-> 4+ Years' experience in Machine Learning - currently at Sr, Staff or Principal level-> Experience shipping ML models and features to production-> Strong experience in Generative AI, particularly LLMs-> Engineering background and excellent knowledge of Software-> Startupscaleupearly-stage experience-> Ideally additional experience in a larger org FAANGPlease apply ASAP for more info - we are speaking with suitable applicants immediately.
