Job Summary:Provides programming support to fulfill code enhancements and support the internal systems infrastructure by performing the following duties.Must be able to work W2!Must be open to working Hybrid situationally in Oaks, PARequirements:Proficient in C#Essential Functions:Refine customer data and format final product using our document creation software (PrintSoft - PreS IDE, Objectif Lune - PreS IDE).Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware and programming technology.Maintain and modify programs; make approved changes, develop detailed programming logic, and coding changes.Write new program code using prescribed specifications.Analyze existing PReS applicationsconfigurations and recommend enhancements to integrate with new products and advanced technology.Evaluate simple interrelationships between programs such as whether a contemplated change in one part of a program would cause unwanted results in a related part.Analyze performance of programs and act to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor.Confer with users to gain understanding of needed changes or modifications of existing programs. Resolve questions of program intent, data input, output requirements and inclusion of internal checks and controlsWrite and maintain programming documentation, document programming problems and resolutions for future reference. Performs these documentation and administrative duties in a timely manner.Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested.Assist personnel of other departments as an Information Technology resource.Minimum Requirements:Education: Four (4) year degree in Information SystemsExperience: 2+ years of programming experience, PReS IDE, version 6 or higher.Specific Job Skills:Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with individuals and groups both within and external to the company to achieve desired results.Demonstrated ability to analyze an issueproblem and make recommendations for an effective and efficient resolution.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven commitment to providing excellent customer service within all dimensions of the job duties on a consistent basis.Demonstrated ability to work in an MS Office environment.Demonstrated knowledge of data elements, FTP clients and databases.Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to perform basic multiplication and division functions.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
