We are currently seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer on a contract basis to assist in the development of cutting-edge AI models and technologies.Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with a deep understanding of both traditional and modern AI methodologies. The successful candidate will work on various AIML projects, including the development of language models, natural language processing (NLP) systems, generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and more. You will be expected to design, build, and configure models with a focus on performance metrics like precision and recall.Responsibilities:Develop and optimize large language models (LLM) and small language models.Implement and fine-tune Natural Language Processing (NLP) systems.Build and configure traditional AI models alongside modern generative AI (GenAI) systems.Apply techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance model efficiency and performance.RAG ArchitectureEnsure AI models meet accuracy benchmarks, particularly in terms of precision and recall.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products.Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and natural language technologies.Required Qualifications:Proven experience in building and configuring both traditional AI models and modern LLMs.Strong understanding of NLP techniques and applications.Hands-on experience with precision and recall optimization.Expertise in developing small language models and handling data in resource-constrained environments.Experience with Generative AI and RAG frameworks.Proficiency with AIML tools and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.Familiarity with deployment and scaling of AI models in production environments.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in AI research or publications in relevant areas.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
