If you are interested in high visibility with the executive leadership team alongside supporting a new launch, this could be you!ResponsibilitiesSupport projects with secondary data analytics and reporting Support business performance tracking, competitive analysis, digital and other promotion effectiveness, resource allocation, segmentation, and targetingSupport the evolution of omnichannel reporting and analyticsPartner with internal groups and be a strategic thought partner to key stakeholdersBe able to turn data and analytics into easily consumable and actionable business insights to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.Support pre-launch and launch strategyEnhance the weekly business performance tracking (KPI's) and reporting process including weekly deep dives into performance metricsRequirementsBachelors degree and 5+ years relevant professional experience required3+ years' experience understanding of pharmaceutical data sources (specialty pharmacy, specialty distributor, claims, Xponent)Hand-on experience analyzing large pharma data sets using advanced statistical techniquesOncology experience preferredLaunch experienceMust have industry experience in PharmaBiotech.
