Duties:Lead and oversee the end-to-end production process of pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality execution from pre-production planning to final delivery at scaleCollaborate closely with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders to design, test and scale experiences globally that align with our vision and strategyPartner with procurement and legal on SOWs and contractingWork autonomously to develop playbooks, training materials, and tools to allow global counterparts to support delivery at scalePrepare reports for management, detailing program specifics, learnings and insightsMentor and manage junior team membersRequirements:10+ years of experience leading integrated creative projects, brand activations, events and experiential productions Experienced in contracting and managing talent Ability to create and drive schedules, budgets, scope documents, deliverables and staffing needs for project teams Experience managing agency, partner, and vendor relationships Experience working with and influencing across various levels of the organization and cross-functional teams Experience working with global teams Excellent organization, prioritization, and decision-making skills with an ability to set priorities, problem-solve, and work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment You are inherently curious, creative and excited by the prospect of building things from scratch You are an effective communicator with the ability to synthesize opportunities into strategic recommendations You are passionate about travel, community, and entrepreneurshipCompensation:$110.32 - 119.49hr W-2Req ID: 35601726
