Larson Maddox | Contracts Manager / Contracts Counsel

We are partnered with a global biotechnology company headquartered in the Bay Area. They are hiring either a Contracts Manager or Contracts Counsel to lead their contract management function. Reporting to an SVP, this position will work closely with C-suite and stakeholders throughout the business on any and all contract matters. This is a hybrid position near South San Francisco that requires weekly on-site attendance.ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, negotiate, and finalize a variety of contracts for customers, vendors, and commercial matters.Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, acting as the primary contact for contract issues.Keep comprehensive records of all correspondence and documentation in contract management municate contract details to stakeholders, monitor key contract terms, and address any contract-related issues or inquiries.QualificationsBachelor's degree5+ YOE managing commercial contracts (law firm or in-house)J.D. and active bar license a plusLife sciences experience strongly preferred
