As a Senior Platform Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining the robust platforms that underpin our services.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable platform solutions to support our global payment systems.Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate and standardize deployments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, build, and optimize cloud infrastructure on [specify cloud platforms, e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP].Develop tools and solutions in C# to enhance platform capabilities and operational efficiency.Advocate for and implement best practices in DevOps, SRE, and full-stack development to ensure platform reliability and scalability.Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve platform performance and reliability issues.Drive continuous integration and delivery (CICD) processes to streamline application development and deployment.Participate in capacity planning, cost optimization, and security reviews for the platform infrastructure.Qualifications:Experience: A minimum of 4+ years in platform engineering, software engineering, cloud infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, or full-stack development roles.IaC Expertise: Proficient in Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform.Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with [specify cloud platforms, e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP].Programming Skills: Strong experience in C# for building and enhancing platform solutions.Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex platform issues in high-scale environments.Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively across teams.Best Practices: Familiarity with modern engineering practices like CICD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring tools.Preferred Qualifications:Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).Experience with additional programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.Knowledge of security best practices and compliance in a payments or financial services environment.
