Pride Health is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk II to support our client's medical facility based in Santa Ana CA. This is a 6+ Month with the possibility of a contract-to-hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk IILocation: Santa Ana CASchedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pmDuration: 6 months+Pay rate: $17.50 per hour*The salary is determined by an individual's level of experience, as well as any relevant licenses and certifications they may hold.Main Duties:We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team at the Western Regional Client Supply Fulfillment Center. This position plays a vital role in the efficient and accurate processing of orders. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Receiving: Unloading incoming shipments and ensuring all items are properly checked and recorded.Pick, Pack, and Ship: Picking items for orders, packing with air pillows and tape guns, and shipping with proper ventory Management: Performing physical inventory counts, material transfers, and ensuring accurate stock placement in storage or flow racks.Order Fulfillment: Initiating and filling orders, building boxes, and pre-packaging materials.Pallet and Box Breakdown: Using cutting tools to break down pallets and boxes, preparing items for storage and shipment.Equipment Operation: Safely operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.General Warehouse Tasks: Loading trucks, offline filling of orders, labeling, cleanup, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.Required Knowledge:Strong understanding of item recognition and counting.Knowledge of proper packaging techniques and safety procedures.Ability to follow safe lifting and cutting practices.Required Experience:At least two years of warehouse experience, preferably in a fulfillment or shipping role.Experience using shipping software and label printing systems.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Additional Skills:Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.#INDPHCAlliedHVPride Global offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, , legal support, auto ,home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
