Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers in the B2B segment. As a B2B Sales Account Manager, you will be an integral part of our team, working to expand Fatboy's footprint in the B2B business of hospitality and design sectors. Key Responsibilities:â— Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identify potential trade partners in the US market who will benefit from Fatboy's products. Develop a consistent pipeline of leads, including networking, cold calling, tradeshows and attending industry events.â— Client Relationship Management:Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Understand client needs and provide tailored product solutions that meet their specific requirements.â— Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations:Present Fatboy's collection range to potential accounts, delivering engaging presentations and product demonstrations. Effectively communicate the value proposition and unique features of our lifestyle solutions.â— Sales Negotiation and Closing:Drive sales through effective negotiation, addressing client concerns and securing contracts. Work to meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring timely and successful closure of deals.â— Market Research and Competitor Analysis:Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth. Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams on customer preferences and emerging demands.â— Collaboration with Internal Teams:Work closely with product, operations and marketing teams to provide the best customer experience for our clients to receive quality and timely delivery.â— Sales Reporting and Forecasting:Track sales activities, manage CRM databases, and generate reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status. Analyze data to adjust strategies and achieve sales goals.Skills and Qualifications:â— Proven sales experience of 5 years plus in B2B sales ideally within the furniture industry.â— Strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close high-value deals with business owners.â— Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.â— Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.â— Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.â— Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).â— Knowledge of the furniture industry and trends is a plus.â— Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.â— A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
