With 8 office locations worldwide, including New Jersey, RED Global offers staff augmentation & SOW services tailored to meet diverse needs.RED Global is looking for a Sales Manager to oversee a growing team within our Somerville, NJ office. You will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a team of sales representatives and cultivating your own client relationships. You will set an example regarding your own personal billings whilst also ensuring the team's effective business development, delivery to requirements and overall achievement of personal and professional targets.This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days per week in the Somerville office.Roles & Responsibilities:Team Leadership and Development:Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals specializing in IT staffing.Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.Foster a collaborative and results-driven team spire and motivate: drive the team by creating high levels of energy and enthusiasm, and ensures commitment to a common purpose by developing a team vision in line with the wider RED vision.Provide coaching and training on IT recruitment best practices and industry trends.Sales Strategy and Execution:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.Identify target markets and establish plans to penetrate new accounts and expand existing client relationships.Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to ensure goals are met or exceeded.You will be responsible for personal billings as well as building and managing a team of sales representatives.Leverage your experience at large staffing firms to identify and secure new business opportunities.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their IT staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.Conduct regular client meetings to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure long-term partnerships.Market Knowledge and Trend Analysis:Stay updated on trends in the IT industry and staffing market, including emerging technologies and skillset demands.Provide insights to clients and the team about market opportunities and challenges.Use market intelligence to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with recruiting teams to ensure alignment on client requirements and candidate delivery.Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting IT municate effectively with senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.Operational Excellence:Oversee the implementation of best practices in sales processes and Dynamics CRM usage.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the staffing industry, with a focus on IT staffing preferred.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership and team-building skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Solid understanding of IT roles, skills, and market trends.Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analyticsCommitted to the development of others; prioritizes the development of the team and is genuinely committed to and passionate about facilitating others to achieve their potentialPlacement experience in IT areas such as:Application DevelopmentInfrastructureFunctional IT (e.g. BAs, PMs, Scrum Masters, etc.)Non-SAP ERP (Infor, Lawson, Dynamics, NetSuite, Workday, Oracle, etc.)ERP bolt on applications (Vistex, Hyperion, Vertex, etc.)CRM (Salesforce, Sugar, )This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days per week in the Somerville officeBenefitsRED Global offers a competitive salary, generous commissions, and excellent benefits package including:15 prorated PTO days per year10 sick days per yearDec 25th to Jan 1st offAdditional PTO day for your birthday401K with 4% match (after 12 months of employment)Annual Top Performers TripBiannual Director's ClubWe close for the holidays, so any applications will now be reviewed the week commencing the 6th of January.
