Job Overview:Extrategic Culture, an award-winning certified minority-owned social experience agency focused on connecting brands with multicultural audiences, is looking for a Sales Executive with a passion for social media, influencer marketing, and experiential campaigns. Our ideal candidate has 1-3 years of sales experience and a proven track record of turning leads into lasting partnerships. You will be a key player in driving revenue by building relationships with clients and ensuring the delivery of innovative marketing solutions that resonate with diverse audiences. This New York-based role will be pivotal in the end-to-end sales cycle, responsible for both generating new business and expanding existing client relationships through meticulous follow-up and consistent engagement.Our ApproachExtrategic Culture specializes in helping brands engage multicultural audiences, particularly US Hispanic and African AmericanBlack communities, through culturally relevant influencer marketing, social media and experiential activations. We work with top-tier brands and are committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in both our work and workplace.Responsibilities:New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities, turning them into long-term partnerships by leveraging influencer marketing, social media, and experiential strategies.Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed established sales targets by pitching and closing business opportunities that align with prospective clients' goals and audience needs.Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with both prospective clients and agencies. Ensure timely and consistent follow-up to foster a strong presence, trust, manage expectations, and maintain partner satisfaction.Collaborate Internally: Work closely with our creative, strategy, and influencer teams to deliver compelling solutions and drive revenue growth.Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging and confident sales presentations that demonstrate how our campaigns help brands achieve their goals with multicultural audiences.Market Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends, cultural shifts, and the competitive landscape, particularly in the multicultural marketing space.Prospecting: Consistently identify and develop new leads, leveraging tools and industry knowledge to stay ahead of the competition.Requirements:Experience: 1-3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in media, influencer marketing, or branded content.
