Main Roles:1.Analyze new geographies, applications, and business models for Home ESS products & solutions. Develop and implement new market entry strategies and first-of-their-kind projects.2.Develop and execute on outreach strategies with major market players, potential customers and partners in support of the team's many initiatives3.Creates high volume of homeowner customers acquisition opportunities by connections to local home solar & ESS sales partners, distributors and installers4.Provides with sales and techinical trainings and other supports to company's sales team and potential customers and partners 5.Achieves valued business opportunities for continued revenue & profit growth6.Manages all aspects of sales reporting for the account, includes regular report outs on activities, customer meetings, sales forecasts, sales variances and long-range planning7.Secures contract checking and contract management processes8.Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs andor company's requirements and coordinates all necessary company departments and personnelQualification Requirements:1.10+ years of home solar & ESS industry experience with a broad understanding of how the industry works 2.At least 5 years of experience in a similar sales or BD position at top tier solar sales organizations or installers, and having solid resources and connections to local sales organizations, installers and other local business partners. 3.Ability to manage large initiatives with many stakeholders, driving the group to decisions and demonstrating results4.Ability to define and structure broad asks into logical frameworks for analysis and executive decision-making5.Very strong written and verbal communication skills6.Very strong analytical skills, including basic financial modeling7.High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word8.Advanced financial andor energy storage modeling abilities, preferred
