Our client, a jewelry service provider, is seeking a Sales Manager to focus on East Coast Independent Retailers. This is role is located in NYC and will operate on a hybrid schedule including client meetings as needed.Job Duties Include:Represent and sell a variety of services, including reports, appraisals, and educational programs for retailersManage and expand existing client accounts while supporting the sales team with key relationshipsDevelop and deliver impactful sales presentations tailored to client needsIdentify and cultivate new business opportunities and marketsCollaborate with the marketing team and external agencies to create and execute initiativesProvide expertise to internal teams on company processes and systemsAct as a client advocate by offering feedback on services and identifying partnership opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsDrive customer acquisition through networking, past connections, telemarketing, and SMS outreachAssist with the organization and setup of trade shows and showroom events as neededMaintain accurate records by tracking and submitting expense and revenue reportsAd hoc duties as needed and assignedJob Qualifications Include:Bachelor's degree or higher is preferredAbility to travel to NYC on a hybrid basis and to meet with clientspotential clients as neededExperience in the luxury or jewelry industry is preferredExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plusStrong problem-solving abilities and adaptabilityAbility to excel in both team settings and individual tasksStrong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects under deadlinesProfessional written and verbal communication skillsSalary: $90k - $115k annually While PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
