Testco is expanding again and is in the market for a self-motivated proactive salesperson to drive continued growth and uncover new opportunities as well as provide customers with pre- and post-sales support.The Inside Sales Representative will be required to implement and drive the plan through daily sales building activities in the allocated accounts. These activities include, but are not limited to:Profiling accounts to maximize sales and Demand creation opportunitiesSales generation from existing customersDeveloping new customersDemand creation through design-in and product trainingRelationship building with the customer, suppliers and Manufacturer's RepsThe Employee shall have a thorough knowledge of the sales duties and the products the Company promotes. The Employee will ultimately be responsible for the Sales & GP budget of the allocated sales area and will also work as a team to support and deliver the budgeted sales for assigned and new accounts.EDUCATIONEXPERIENCESKILLS:A minimum of three to five years of sales experience in the electronic components field. Experience in electronics distribution, circuit protection, electro-mechanical, and display areas are highly desirable.TECHNICAL JOB COMPETENCIES:Intermediate to advanced PC skills, as well as general knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word is preferred. The candidate must also be comfortable working with the internal CRMERP system daily.Strong ability to close business and meet the budget and related KPIs.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and on the phone.Highly skilled at presenting Testco's products and supply model.Excellent Time management skills for optimum customer coverage.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and termediate to advanced PC skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and WordAbility to recognize a problem or potential problem and react quickly to drive resolution effectively.Be aware of and follow up on all quotations and report the outcome or recommended action needed to the inside sales team and management. Meet or exceed outbound calling KPI's and follow-up requirements and maintain accurate call logs to track progress.Adopt Testco and PEI Corporate Vision by contributing to and encouraging teamwork, high performance, quality customer service, and ethical business practices.
