Our client is a Luxury timepiece brand seeking a Sales Executive for their new Highland Park location.Job Title: Sales Associate Reports to: Boutique ManagerLocation: Dallas, TX Position Purpose:We are seeking an energetic, dependable high end luxury retail sales associate to join our growing team. You will directly assist customers, process transactions, help merchandise on the sales floor, and play a vital role in making exceptional client experience. Top-notch customer service skills are a must, as is the ability to learn product knowledge quickly.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:SalesCustomer ServiceInitiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers while developing and maintaining clientsMaintain customer correspondence to build and enhance relationships to drive salesFollow the established brand sales techniques and customer service guidelinesDevelop strong brand knowledge, including products, company history, information, and news knowledgeKnowledgeable in current industry trends and technology including familiarity of competitionMaintain a professional appearance and behaviorsSupport all company initiatives as they relate to product launches, customer service and sellingStrive to meet or exceed store goalsFamiliar with POS and CRM systemsStore OperationsAdhere to company policies and procedures at all timesAssist with inventory and special projects or events as neededPerform opening and closing store duties as neededAssist in maintaining visual standards with direction from corporate and managementTeam RelationsMaintain open, professional and ongoing communications with store management, peers and corporatePartner with the team to achieve store goalsBe a positive role model and represent the brand appropriately at all timesAdapt to changing needs of the brand and companyWhere requested, participate in the training of new sales associates (product knowledge, store procedures, company policies, etc.)Education & Skills Required:Minimum of 3 years' experience in hospitality, customer service or high-end luxury requiredExperience and proven success in client service in a luxury environment neededStrong organization, communication and follow-up skills are essentialStrong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple demands simultaneouslyHighly flexible and able to work as part of a team in a demanding environmentPlease submit a resume for consideration.You can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting homecandidate.
